Each player may maintain only one registered account on ph65. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban without prior notice.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph65 ("ph65," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the ph65.biz website, including all games, promotions, and services offered therein. By accessing the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

By registering an Account on ph65, accessing any game or service, or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not register an Account. ph65 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
ph65 is intended for use by residents and individuals physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph65 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
Persons who have enrolled in self-exclusion programs (including through ph65's own responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry) are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. If such a person attempts to circumvent an exclusion by creating a new Account, ph65 will immediately close the Account and may forfeit any associated balance.
To open an Account on ph65, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information as necessary to keep it accurate.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ph65. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph65 may use technical measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph65 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. ph65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ph65 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ph65 is required to verify the identity of its Players in compliance with applicable regulations. We may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and other documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the ph65 cashier at the time of transaction. ph65 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. ph65 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered Account holder.
Withdrawals are processed only after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are credited exclusively to payment methods that have been registered and verified under your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph65 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; other payment methods may take longer. ph65 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. ph65 may apply an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts where a balance exists, after providing prior notification to the registered email address. Accounts that remain inactive for thirty-six (36) months may be closed, with any remaining balance subject to forfeiture after required notice periods.
All bonuses and promotional offers extended by ph65 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms take precedence in the event of conflict with these general Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted bet while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
ph65 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; exploiting mathematical advantage plays designed to circumvent wagering requirements; colluding with other Players to abuse promotional offers. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited.
ph65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not disadvantage Players who have already activated and are actively wagering through an existing bonus at the time of modification.
All games available on ph65 are provided by licensed third-party software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced or altered by ph65, the game provider, or any Player. In the event of a malfunction or technical error in any game, all affected bets for the impacted round will be voided and stakes returned to Players. ph65 does not accept liability for software malfunctions caused by third-party providers beyond this restitution of stakes. Detailed rules for each individual game are accessible within the respective game interface and form part of these Terms where applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph65 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
ph65 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take immediate action, including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
ph65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a Player has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; a chargeback has been filed against a deposit; verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe; or the Platform determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to ph65 or other users.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ph65 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Account holder via their registered contact information. If investigation confirms a breach, ph65 may forfeit all balances in the Account. Where an Account is closed without cause attributable to the Player, ph65 will process any eligible withdrawal of the verified cash balance within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ph65 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC status.
ph65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools within each Player's Account settings to help manage gambling behavior, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion facilities. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support.
Self-exclusion requests submitted through ph65 will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent. Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new Account do so in breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph65 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service; unauthorized Account access where due to Player negligence; or changes to games, features, or promotions.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. ph65 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall ph65's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the lesser of the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose, or the equivalent of ₱50,000.
All content on the ph65 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the intellectual property of ph65 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from ph65 is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ph65 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and relevant regulatory frameworks governing online gaming in the Philippines.
ph65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph65 will notify registered Players via their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team.
